Why We're Not on Instagram, TikTok, or X

It’s usually one of the first questions we get: “Where can I follow you?”

Here’s the answer: Conscious Interactions does not operate on traditional social media. Our channels live where our community lives, in the app, on our website, on LinkedIn, and on YouTube.

A decision, not an oversight

We built Conscious Interactions as an alternative to platforms designed to extract attention. It would make no sense to depend on those same platforms to grow.

Every post we published on Instagram would ask you to spend more time in the exact place we’re helping people step away from. Every video we cut for TikTok would feed an algorithm that rewards whatever keeps you scrolling, the opposite of what we stand for. We can’t build a platform around value per session and then chase engagement somewhere else. Coherence isn’t a marketing angle for us. It’s the product.

So we chose differently.

Where you can find us

The app. This is where our community lives. Our official account shares platform news, founding stories, and moments from the community, inside the space we built, playing by the rules we believe in.

Our website. consciousinteractions.com is where we publish what we think. The Foundations you’re reading right now live here, along with everything worth knowing about the platform. No algorithm decides whether you see it. It’s simply here, whenever you want it.

LinkedIn. Our professional home. It’s where we talk with therapists, coaches, and mentors, share announcements, and exist as a company in the professional world. We’re there because that’s where professionals do professional things, not because we need another feed to fill.

YouTube. Where our long-form conversations will live: founder conversations, panel discussions, features on the professionals building communities here. Depth-first, by design.

Notice what these four have in common: none of them is built to trap you. You come when you want something. You leave when you’re done. That’s the only relationship we’re interested in having with your attention.

What this means for the professionals who join us

If you’re a therapist, coach, or mentor considering Conscious Interactions, here’s a promise: we will never ask you to promote us on Instagram, or to drag your audience through an extraction machine to reach us.

The professionals on our platform bring their communities through channels they own, their websites, their client relationships, their word of mouth. And once their audience is here, it’s theirs. One hundred percent reach, always. Nobody pays to reach people who already chose them.

We don’t grow by borrowing attention from platforms that hold it hostage. We grow because people tell other people, “You should see this.”
